It's a little slower than normal - Knoxville usually realizes 3%-5% appreciation on an annual basis, last quarter it was only 2%, but we're a growing community with people trading in their homes in Florida, California, Texas and the great, still-frozen north, for the temperate climes of the Great Smoky Mountains.
